Can’t dial out
commenced a new contract.
requested old number be ported, wasn’t, virgin gave me a new number in error. 1 hr 30 mins on the phone to a call centre on Saturday that said they have now ported my number. I have no confirmation they have done this as they refuse to send my an email confirmation. I couldn’t understand the person at the call centre, each time I asked a question they put me on hold.
The current new number doesn’t dial out but accepts in coming calls. I can’t call Virgin via 150
