Can’t clear message
My sister has Virgin for her TV, phone & broadband, already changed over to digital. Recently received a call she did not recognise so let it go to answerphone, now unable to use the phone as message says ‘cannot make outgoing calls as call blocking is dealing with an incoming call’ tried unplugging the phone, going into menu to turn off the call blocking and message says, other handset in use. Her phone is a BT Truecall phone. She normally has it on do not disturb and uses the VIP system to monitor the calls. Any ideas anyone?
