caller display on my landline no longer works

Caller iD and caller list used to display on my landline phone but (for no apparent reason) all I get displayed now  is "incoming call", and my calls list is always empy. Is there a way of getting this service working again?

  • How is this solved ??  Think people just giving up !!!! 
    Is there a map where Caller ID is available on VOIP lines?  
    It looks like we are losing more than we are gaining being 'forced on to VOIP'.
    The change over said caller ID enabled by default - nothing about 'Where Available'!!!

      You would do best to start your own topic with your own query rather than adding to an old topic.

      VM landlines should have caller ID and caller ID should work on most modern phones without any issues.

      If you have recently been switched to a landline connection from the back of the hub, certain calling features may not have been activated on the line.

      A VM person will need to check the feature for you on your line.
