Caller Display Service.
Does VirginMedia have a Caller Display service and if so how do I subscribe to it?

Hey thomas30, thank you for reaching out and this would be on your phones settings.
Go into the settings on the phone and you should see it if you can have it.
You can find out what features we do offer here though
Caller ID on the line should be free and on by default.
Sometimes, if you have had a recent repair on the line, the caller ID feature can drop off the line and needs to be re-enabled.
