Virgin tv go too many devices log ins again!!!

Please can you reset my virgin TV go devices. I have complained about this issues on 4 separate occasions as I’m sure so many others have too. Why no other streaming tv services have this issue but you do is beyond me.

please change this in the future because it’s rather unnecessary and frustrating.

I have to register my device every single time I watch something each day? But I can only do this 3-5 times if I have managed to clear all registered devices, which not always works.

please reset all my devices.

thank you! How do I stop this from happening?

  • I had this problem years ago and it was never resolved! What is the point of having an App called TVGO which is described as facilitating being able to watch your home VirginMedia services on the go, through "registered" devices, when these devices can only be used a limited amount of times before telling you that you have exceeded the number of registered devices allowed. If a device is registered once then, to me, it should not require to be registered again. I am again having this issue in that I quickly use up my "registered" devices. I am putting this message on the community forum in the forlorn hope that Virgin Media Customer Services may do their job and propose a solution which a normal paying customer may apply.

I await an answer to this problem on [REMOVED]

    Yours in eager anticipation!

  • I most use my phone and the app that I download onto the laptop no browser.

how do it get it to stop with those?

If you use the web app or a computer  browser, you’ll need to use the same browser each time with Virgin TV Go. Using a different browser, clearing cookies, or using incognito mode will be seen as a new device, as will using a VPN.

Also ensure you’ve got cookies enabled in your browser, that virginmedia.com is listed as a trusted site, your browser is set to allow protected content, and you allow pop ups from the Virgin TV Go website.
