Virgin Tv Go device registration issues
Hello,
I'm having another issue with this device requiring to be registered 3 days in a row, no cookies or cache has been cleared, I'm using the app and NOT on a browser.
I've literally watched a match on the weekend, and it asked me to register the device even though I'd used it a couple of weeks ago, then when I tried again on Tuesday, it once again asked me to replace a device, then yesterday it asked me to reregister. Then again it's said I need to register, but I can't as I've used my 3 device swaps, but this is the same device. All I've done is put the device to sleep, then unlocked, opened the app and been asked to register 3 times in a row....it's ridiculous, I've seen there have been lots of people with this issue over the last few years, is there no fix?
