Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the TV Go issue.
On the iMac, do you have a VPN active? If so, please remove it and reboot the device before retrying.
If not, can you delete the app and re-install it for us?

I have solved the issue. I updated my sign in details then discovered Safari would not work but Firefox did. I need to discuss with Apple.

The TV Go App does not appear to be compatible with an iMac. I access it through a web browser

Thanks for confirming. Have you got Apple Relay on? If so, can you turn this off for us and re-try?
Also, have you tried a different browser?

Thank you for your responses. Apple Relay is off and have tried another browser. Still no joy.
