Welcome screen loop - new customer
Hi, when I log into my Virgin Media account via the website, the screen continually refreshes between two URL's:
https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/home/new-contract
and https://www.virginmedia.com/myvm02/home
I can't do anything at this point. I've tried using chrome and safari (on an iPad and laptop), as well as Firefox and Edge on the laptop. All give the same results.
Any suggestions?

I am fully installed and have an online account. But using the Bing browser has solved the problem.
