Virgin Media Go endless loop...

Hi All,

Trying to support my dad in getting this up and running. Worked seamlessly for years, and now, following him renewing his password, for whatever reason, we're both unable to log into VM Media Go.

Both trying on a Mac, with the same scenario on all browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

Essentially, we put in our new VM O2 ID password at the login page, it goes through the motions, and then when the home screen comes back on, we're still not signed in. If we try to hit log in again, the VM logo comes up, goes back to home screen, and the endless loop begins.

Any help/advice? Can't work out where the issue lies, but for me, a correct email address and password should gain us access. Why not!?

FYI, tried deleting caches, no VPN, no add-ons for adblock or VPN.

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your dad's TV GO account. 

    Are you able to access My Virgin Media using the same details? Have you tried to access using the TV GO app? 

    Are you able to provide a screenshot of the error that you're getting?
