TV Control app won’t let me sign in

Hi,

I have been trying for days to get logged into the tv control app. The error I get is

“Your email or password was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email” 

I am using the correct my virgin media details as I have always used, I am currently logged in on the TV to go app, my virgin media app and the virgin media connect app. So why can’t I get the TV control app to work?

my husband is getting the same error when he tried and we have tried on our tablet device. I have uninstalled the app. 

is there anything else I can do?

  • What's the fix, all the problems seem to. Just get a DM me and not sharing any solutions. I've just signed up to Virgin so I've signed in to about 1000 things. The email is correct, the password is correct. But I'm getting an error that says it is intact wrong (I've had to input the same details to joing this "community".

      If you've just signed up to Virgin then you need to download and use the TVGO app, not the TV Control app.

      All customers joining VM with a TV subscription only have access to either a 360 or Stream (Flex) TV set top box.

      The TV Control app only works with the older tivo and V6 boxes which haven't been available to new customers for around 2 years.
