Trying to watch sky sports app football highlights on mobile phone. Saying Authentication error you have made changes to your accountband will need to login again.
I have made no changes and logged in and out 3 times. Still the same problem. Any ideas please.

Have you been able to try this via another device like a desktop or laptop? If so, do you get the same error?
Via the mobile, do you get the same error with all content or is it just for the football? Have you cleared the cache and data for the app, rebooted the device and tried again?
