Sorry to hear of the issues with watching content via the Sky Sports app via your mobile, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
Have you been able to try this via another device like a desktop or laptop? If so, do you get the same error?
Via the mobile, do you get the same error with all content or is it just for the football? Have you cleared the cache and data for the app, rebooted the device and tried again?
