PC constantly needs to be re-registered as a new device. HELP.

Good evening, 

I have two laptops that constantly need to be re-registered in the Virgin TV Go Web Browser. This now means I've been locked out of playing content through the Virgin TV Go Web Browser. However, it does still bizarrely allow me to play Sky Sports content via the Sky Sports App. I have checked permissions, cookies, cache etc. All is fine. 

As much as I would love my device limit to be reset, I would also appreciate figuring out why this happens and how I can stop it from happening again in the future.

    Sorry to hear you've been having issues with your TV Go registered devices! 

    You can have up to 5 different compatible devices signed up to the TV Go service and use the app at one time, with the ability to make adjustments to their registered devices 3 times in one month. You need to keep the cookies on your laptop/PC or MacBook or it will register as a new device every time and use up all of the available changes.

    The Sky Sports App is a separate service, and so has slightly different limitations on registered devices. You can read a bit more about this here 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/how-to-use-sky-sports-app (but to summaries, you can have 3 device swaps per month.)
