Not able to view recordings and live TV on TV Go app
I am currently getting an error message when trying to view recordings on the Android app for my devices. When I try to view live TV I get a message saying I have too many devices (which I don't). When I view my device settings it says I have none then briefly flashes up that I have 3, then it changes to none again!
I've tried rebooting my hub, TV box, and devices but still get the issue.
