Unable to view recordings on TV Go.
I'm currently unable to view recordings on my phone or tablet using TV Go. I get a message to switch on my Virgin TV Box even though it's already on. I've tried rebooting my Virgin box and Hub, also checked the most recent apps are installed on my devices.
The app allows me to watch live TV.
I'm having the same issue with the app on Android
TV box is online but when connecting to the box via the app it says the box needs to be online ~(which it is). Tried rebooting the box to no avail.
It's the same if you try it on the Virgin TV Go website.
