Not able to login Sky Sports App/Website

Hi, 

I subscribe to sky sports as part of my TV package and can watch it on my TV360 box okay. 

When I login today I not able to login the sky sports app on my android phone and also the sky sports website on my windows pc. I reset the sky sports app and also uninstall on my phone but still get the  error message below and also when I login via website on my pc

I could login to the sky sports app on my phone okay last week.

Please could this be look into as I paying for this tv service.

    Still not working, same Access Denied or Gateway 504 Time Out messages every time I try to login. Has anyone looked into this yet and got an answer at VM end?

      It's the same for me. Looking on Twitter it's Sky to blame not VM.

    I'm getting the same issue now. Never had a problem watching on my laptop but now I'm getting this when I try to log in:

    Access Denied

    You don't have permission to access "http://accounts.id.bskyb.com/sign-in/error?" on this server.

    Is this a problem with VM or SKY?

    Yes the same here on PC, it is working on the android app though.

    i'm glad its not just me,

    highly annoying though as trying to watch the Newcastle Vs Arsenal 2nd leg Semi Final of the Carabou Cup and being prevented by this error!!!

    The one time i need it and it doesn't bloody work!

    I have exactly the same issue, Desktop, Windows 10, fully updated, worked fine yesterday. Trying to login to in the usual way,  ie SkySports via website and then clicking to launch desktop viewer. This is the message:

    Access Denied : You don't have permission to access "http://accounts.id.bskyb.com/sign-in/error?" on this server.

    Having the same issue on a laptop via the Virgin TV login on Sky's website! I either get Access Denied or a 504 Gateway Time-out after entering my email/password!

      Yep, same here. tried several browsers, Brave, Firefox, Chrome. Same results on all, sometimes Access Denied, sometimes 504 Gateway Time Out. Trying to watch the Newcastle/Arsenal semi final on desktop. I've used this for years and never seen this issue before.

    This is error on the sky sports website when I try to login using my virgin media login details

      We have a known issue with Sky Sports not working on a mobile device or laptop, however this has now been resolved.
