Why '16 qam' & not 64qam?

16 qam?

    16 qam indicated there is a noise issues affecting that upstream  channel. 

    Unless there is a loose or damaged coax cable in your system there is nothing you can do about it plus with 5 channels connected it may not make a noticeable difference to regular internet activities.

    Unless you need the full upstream bandwidth.  Irrespective, it should be working correctly, don't you agree ?

    Thanks for reaching out to us, and thanks for the image that you have shared. Can you please elaborate further on your image, is this causing issues with your upstream at all, are you getting any error codes or messages, delays of difficult upstream?

    If so can you please share this with us, the more information the better along with any further images of videos.
