Dropping a good chunk of packets... upstream bandwidth seems throttled to 0.010mbps... guess we all have off days.
( and yes i've done all the sensible things to rule out a local issue ).

where is your graph to/from? setup BQM
If anyone from Virgin Media ever actually reads this.... your customer service absolutely stinks. Impossible to speak to anyone with any intelligence.... even your drone line in India didn't even bother raising me a fault when asked. Sorely tempted to move to BT / other.
It's okey though... Virgin says everything is awesome.

Issue has recurred. Started this morning, 2025-08-26 10:45AM. 'Seemingly' exactly an hour after someone rebooted something. Seriously does no one check what you're doing??
Problem has "magically" gone away... yesterday evening... go figure.
