Broadband Dropping Multiple Times a Day

Our Broadband is dropping multiple time a day, output of network log below (Mac's Changed for Security)

VM Hub 3.0, we do not use the onboard WIFI so it's not that.

Multiple Router Reboots and Resets, still occurring, support portal is just telling us the reset the router yet again.

    Does Router mean the VM Hub 3 and / or a 3rd party Router that you have provided ?

    Given no mention of Hub 3 panel lights changing, how have you tested
    that this is not a network cable defect or a 3rd party router issue ?

      Yes sorry by router I mean the Hub 3, they only time the lights change is when I either reboot or reset it, when the connection drops as above they remain the same.

      I guess I only run the ping command when it's down?

    When our Hub 3 looses connection to the VM network it displays a green flashing bar on the front panel.

    When looking at the BQM, remember it is plotting the responses from your 3rd Party Router,
    i.e. not responses from the VM Hub 3.
