I have a damaged Broadband hub.

Hi, Happy New Year!

Toward the end of last year, I had a new line installed for my broadband connection. (Thank you—it’s working great!) However, my hub has been damaged—not through anyone’s fault but my own. It was on a shelf and got knocked off.

I spoke to the engineer at the time, and he mentioned that I could contact support to request a replacement for the broken equipment. Currently, the hub is being held together with cellotape. While it still works, the power connection at the back has been damaged, and even a small gust of air could disconnect it.

Would it be possible to have a replacement sent out?

Thank you,
Don

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system..

Ok, thanks expert. I am not someone that uses this type of communication often, calling is very difficult for me. This is the reason I was lookiong for assistance online.
