Speed loss, packet loss
I'm on 125m, last few days im getting 5 to 10. Intermittent packet loss when pinging via virgin router, same from a desktop.
Trace dropping out too but sometimes ok.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
Once done we can comment.
well i will tell you this much dont expect them to do anything about it been waiting over a week they said a technician will come out they never came and now they are just ignoring all my messages
