Speed issue PL5
So I have 360 and a BB speec of 350, just done a speed test and it’s showing download speed of 15.5? and upload of 16.16 in other wards it’s crap!! Any recourse?

Have you confirmed the speed to the HUB?

535 at the hub whilst 235 at the device! So what is the solution?
The solution is up to you, as VM are supplying the contracted speeds to your Hub. Are you using a good Cat 6 cable to your device, or is it Wifi? If it's Wifi VM only guarantee 30Mb.
What Hub are you using and what device is seeing the 235 download speed?
Hub is latest one. 235 us to my mobile, I’ll check my pc
Router shows 364, Upload 53.2 mbps, latency 13.0, jitter 0.83.
Device shows 42.7 latency 16.7 jitter 2.47
Is the PC directly connected to the Hub, via a Cat 6 cable? Have you tested the speed (if Windows) using Safe Mode with Networking?
Hub is latest one.
Which Hub as Hub's 3, 4, 5 and 5X can all supply the 350 Tier.
Hub 3 and 4 are Wifi 5, and 5 and 5X are Wifi 6.
3 i belive The cable is oldish, ill look at upgrading cable, is Cat the best?

Are you using any devices between the HUB and PC, like powerline adapters?
