Poor speed / packet loss issues / M350

Hi,

In area 24, last week or so speeds have become much worse and packet loss.

I use modem mode and high spec router with nothing changed.

I have reset both hub and router. Package is M350.

Last cisco / sam knows test today:

DL:218

Upload: 35

Lat: 147ms

Jitter:2ms

Any ideas?

Also, anyway to get improvement on upload speed from 37 to at least 50? seems crazy in this day and age to be so slow under 100.

    Your choice of M350 defines the max upload speed. 

    The Cisco Realspeed Full Test shows figures for the Hub and the device,
    share a screen shot of this so we know what we are supposed to be seeing.
