Paying for 1gig and getting 245kbps!!!

so I’m paying for the 1gig package have been for about 3months now… Iv never had 1gig speeds I have connect a LAN cable and tested like this… the most I have had is 820mb and now I’m currently getting 0.0301 and that is the hub 5 this is ridiculous when the company are advertising to be the fastest internet provider.. and this was tested on Sam knows real speed

  • Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 and share a screenshot of the SamKnows results.

    The results of the Samknows app does looks like a fault in your street. 

    Remember this is not a fault reporting forum & threads can take days to get noticed by a VM Moderator , customers need to phone in fault to get them registered.   

    So do repeatedly check the 0800 number above and the link below.

    If there is no fault reported call VM Customer Services
    on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.


  • They said No faults in area and said hubs testing fine… when it’s clearly not working
