Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
What does a wired speed test show on this site. Run the FULL tests and post the results.
Once done we can comment.

Adding that I've done a reset to the hub and I'm back to the 180mb I normally have on the wi-fi. Noticed that when I had the problem the server was in Manchester, even though I'm in Southampton. Since reset it's changed to London.
