When will my area become active?

Nexfibre installed all the cabling several weeks ago in my area, the power company have sorted the electric to the streetside cabinets and VM access points have been installed along driveway fronts. I did a webchat with sales and they just used the postcode look up and said "sorry we don't supply your area" which wasn't helpful despite me explaining the process and they just wanted to terminate my contract.

Anyone able to advise when the network will become live in CF23 9HU?  I'm due to move here shortly and want to take my services with me and not face a disconnection fee mid contract to only have to sign up again once it goes live.

    Electrics for a Passive Optical Network ... that is a puzzle.

    I’m in the same situation as you. Access points were installed in front of my home more than two weeks ago, but I’m still not able to get any clear answers from Virgin Media. The service centre just keeps saying my area isn’t covered yet, which doesn’t help.

    Just wanted to ask if you’ve managed to get sorted or if you know how long it might take before the connection actually goes live?
