What do I do about the green virgin media cable
How do I contact virgin media to sort this now-defunct cable that is going across my driveway. Is there a team that will come out and get rid of it for me?

I have a cable across my garden how do I get it removed as I don't have virgin media account. I own the house and it just gets in the way and I have already tripped over it.
Is it feeding another customer?
If so you need to get that person to request VM to move or bury it.
If not, just remove it yourself. It's just a thin harmless wire inside the plastic duct. Both can be recycled.
It used to feed the flat upstairs but they have switched to an overhead broadband provider. I will bury it underneath as a new Tennant may want to use the connection in future.
