Virgin Outside Cover Damaged
The outside cover for the Virgin box is damaged and has come away from the base, leaving the wires exposed. Can this be replaced please?

Sorry to arrange a visit and get this replaced, and cleaned up. Looks like it's been quite a home for a few spiders over the years.
