Just an update on this for anyone wanting to know how useless virgin are.
The box is still there. I've been in communication via DM with virgin on here as well as repeatedly on the phone (at my effort) and still it remains. There is no urgency. No sense of understanding that they have inconvenienced me. No offer of recompense for the damge, stress and time they have caused both me and my property. Virgin are possibly one of the most useless companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
