Router install fail
Had VM before, New contract started, plugged in a brand new Hub5 started booting up the light is solid white but every 20-30seconds it flashes once then returns to being solid this cycle repeats and I have even left it for hours, no change. Had a confirmation text from VM to say my router had been activated.
The hubs is not showing up on WiFi and the QR code says not available, I’ve tried unplugging, pressing the reset button and reconnecting the cable over and over but still the same out come.
Called VM who said my router hasn’t initialised correctly and need to send an engineer but that’s in 3-days time.
Any thoughts or ideas I could try as it’s now left me without internet until resolved.
