Self Install Pack failed to arrive .

The QuickStart pack was supposed to arrive today Feb 6th but it has not been delivered.  I have had no update on the delivery from either VM or Yodel. I also don't have an account number yet so am unable to login and check the status of the delivery.

  • I thought I should update my situation. After messaging here with one of the advisors,  I was contacted by VM and had to go through the entire order process again. My kit was delivered on Monday and it's all up and running now. Thanks

      Hi I have the same problem aswell my delivery date was today I received no update etc.
