Engineer failed to arrive, no contact.
Have had a problem with V6 box since Monday, green screen of death. Called 150 Tuesday and an engineer was booked for Thursday between 4pm & 7pm. Had four emails all confirming the date and time. Waited in for over 3 hours and engineer failed to arrive with no contact whatsoever. Called 150 again Friday morning, automated message saying it looked like an appointment had been booked, and they sent me a link to this. Appointment now between 8am & noon Saturday. It would have been nice to have had some contact about this to save me wasting my time Thursday evening. Is this a suitable case for compensation, and how would I go about it?
