New Installation - When does the Hub arrive?

Hi

I am new to Virgin Media and not exactly clear how this works. My Fibre installation is on the 29th Jan however there has been no word when the WiFi Hub will be sent. Does this get sent by post or does the engineer bring it out with him on the 29th? Reading through my emails, its not clear what happens with the Hub
