Reoccurring issues getting into my accoiny

Hi, wondering if someone could help me again.
I have Constantly had issues of not being able to get into my account for at least 3 years ( can see my last thread being about exactly the same thing) so whenever I need to speak to anyone or log a repair or find out why my internet isn’t working im unable to and have to write on here for someone to help me access my account. 
Also, I have explained and been advised multiple times that my ex partners details have been removed from m account but my repairs details appointments have been sent to their mobile instead of mine. The only reason his information was ever on my account was another issue that I was unable to use my own details  and was advised to use my partners by virgin media. 

I don’t get the email to reset my password when requesting this. 

can someone get in touch thanks.
