Getting Virgin Back

Hi there fokes i am just wondering i am getting virgin back on sunday installed had virgin before around 5 year ago but moved to sky but my problem is the openreach guy at the time has pulled a cable out to make room for his wire i have a photo but dont no how to add onto this tho show people slhould i be worryied abput extra charges.

    Hello Microdruid1 

    The connections are usually at the bottom underneath. Have you checked there? If possible, it will be safe to remove the cover to get a better look.

    If it comes to a manned installation, we won't charge either.

    Just request a manned install, as being a previous VM property, they will try to send you a Quickstart kit.  

    To add photos, use the camera icon in the bottom toolbar.  If it's not visible, just scroll the tool bar to the left to see the additional icons.

    I have request a engineer as the box inside has no cable attached to it on the wall they riped it off outside is fine its all inside

        Hi Gareth everything went great engineer was very good and knew what he was doing no big issues and didn't take long so far so good 👍 thanks.
