Red light on installation

I have just got my kit and it’s all plugged in and I am just getting a red light. I’ve turned it on and off, gone through the app but nothing is working. 
Very frustrating as my old provider has now switched off so I’m left with no internet.

     I am having  the same problem as you I think. Set mine up last night went on the online chat to ensure it was activated and then recived a text to say it had been activared and all the hub is doing is flashing red.

    When I check service status it says your services haven't been installed.  I have no clue.... 

    My other provider switched my other broadband off at midnight so now without Internet.
