I have an existing wire coming from the wall socket from a previous installation. Do I need to plug that into the router? Or do I plug the one i got today and plug into the left side of the router. I have just had a flashing red light since plugging in. I have tried both wires and it still is flashing red.
“Both wires”. This suggests a Sky cable? Can you post a photo please.
I tried to use virgin at the beginning of the year but it never worked. So I am trying again as my neighbours use it and have no issues. For some reason it just won't work and getting technical support is really bad.
Not seeing an option to post images. No the original wire on the right hand side is from virgin. It's a virgin socket.
If you are using a tablet or phone you may need to either scroll to the right, or switch horizontal /vertical mode.
