Received quick start box, it’s activated but no Wi-Fi light. Currently on sky and moving over.

Just received my router today, set up and activated but no Wi-Fi light on. Moved over from sky to virgin. Ran a speed test and not meeting its potential. Any advice? I’m usually quite tech savvy but this is getting to me!

    Sorry to hear you're having some connection issues, I've had a look at things from our side and it looks like our systems have identified a short-term issue which may cause intermittent or performance related issues with your connection. These short-term issues can happen when we’re working to fix some other network issues in the area, or when we install a new home to our network.

    We resolve most of these types of issues within 24 hours you should see an improvement in your connection soon.

    Be aware with most VM hubs that lights only show if there is a fault. The Wi-Fi light should show green during the setup sequence, but then will extinguish after about a minute, leaving only the power light showing.
