Random resetting to Router mode (should be modem mode)

My GIG 1 package has been active for a while now and on a number of occasions (at least 4) the modem is 'resetting' itself to Router mode witht he most recent one being today. It takes a complete reset to 'undo' and reconfigure in modem mode….. this feels like a fault with my HUB5…… can anyone from the VM team help resolve this or provide a new HUB?? Thanks

    I know you are using modem mode, but do you have the Connect app installed on any device?  It may be doing this?

      Hey, nope not got the connect app installed, have not had that installed for a long while now…. I still think its a faulty hub5

        Sorry to hear of your concerns with the router resetting back to modem mode. Do you find this happens at night around the same time, or is this randomly throughout the day?
