Quick start activation issues

Hello I tried installing my broadband on Sunday evening but it’s not connecting properly. There’s a cycle of a flashing green light followed by the steady white light for about 30 seconds then a quick red flash and a flashing white light for one minute before going back to flashing green for about 10-15 mins. Tried calling customer support and the person tried activating it from their end last night but this didn’t change anything. They asked for 30mins to give it a chance to connect and they’d call back but they never did. Has anyone has this before when setting up and know how to solve?

      They did an engineer is coming round tomorrow to fix. The issue was my box to plug the rounded cable in was an old NTL box and this wasn’t working so this needed replacing. An engineer is coming round tomorrow to fix this
