Quick start activation issues
Hello I tried installing my broadband on Sunday evening but it’s not connecting properly. There’s a cycle of a flashing green light followed by the steady white light for about 30 seconds then a quick red flash and a flashing white light for one minute before going back to flashing green for about 10-15 mins. Tried calling customer support and the person tried activating it from their end last night but this didn’t change anything. They asked for 30mins to give it a chance to connect and they’d call back but they never did. Has anyone has this before when setting up and know how to solve?
