Poor installation

Has anyone had poor installation work carried out at their home? My workmanship was absolutely rubbish. Couldn’t put a box up straight, damaged my wall and left everything looking disgraceful.

Some pictures below of how it was left.

they just don’t get it!

    Spirit level failed that day but the silicone sealant gun was working well!

    A VM person should reply, usually within a few days of your post, and may offer to help remedy.

  • Hardly surprising....there are little or no quality control processes and management is either non existent or ineffectual. Plus VM employs itinerant haphazard contractors who really have not a clue. Whole show is in in a perpetual state of chaos, and senior executive board have lost control.

    The third photo shows the termination of the cable in a restricted space and covers up what was there in the first photo. Where is the location of the box in the fourth photo?
