Hello,
When the engineers installed the broadband cables they left the one on the pavement exposed, without any covers. It can be easily pulled by anyone walking past or damaged by the neighbours when trimming their hedge.
Other people in the area with VM have a cover on their cables and I can't find a way of letting VM know about this through the website or chat.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hey... that is dangerous anyone could find it , interfere with it , or trip over it, try to ring up on 150..1st thing after 0800 hrs .. if it was damaged by someone an engineer would be sent to fix it and restore your VM signal/services I'll bet lets hope you get it sorted
