No internet connection after activating the hub

Hi,

I just got my hub installed yesterday but there has been no internet connection. The base light is flashing green, I can connect to the router but the internet is off. I've activated it by calling 0800 953 9500 this morning and have reconnected the hub but still not fixing. 

Any help is appreciated.

    The cable could be disconnected in the street cabinet.  Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday and explain you need a manned install.
