New Build Installation

Hi. I am moving to a New build house sometime in October and I cant seem to get an answer as to when Virgin will be connected. The grey box has been put on the house wall a few days ago, but your website shows nothing for my new postcode, and I've phoned a few times but nobody knows when it will be connected for me to transfer. I've been with Virgin over 25 years and would like to try and keep my service.

    Hi. I am moving in to a New build property in October. I've phoned Virgin a few times asking about when it will be installed in our new house. The new grey box has been put on the house wall for cabling, but as yet your website says the address is not showing. Please could you contact me with more information or private message me. I've been with Virgin over 25 years and would possibly like take the services I've got with me.
