New Build Installation

Hi. I am moving to a New build house sometime in October and I cant seem to get an answer as to when Virgin will be connected. The grey box has been put on the house wall a few days ago, but your website shows nothing for my new postcode, and I've phoned a few times but nobody knows when it will be connected for me to transfer. I've been with Virgin over 25 years and would like to try and keep my service.
