Anyone know how I can get an engineer out to move an external virgin TV cable? We’re having building works done and we need to move it about 5 m. I can’t see anywhere online that allows you to schedule a call out (assume I’ll need to pay).
Phone Customer service and book a technician visit. The standard charge is £25.
Or you can wait for a staff member to pick this up.

I’m not sure if the person I spoke to on the telephone at Virgin Media was the first day in the job or the first day on planet earth but she couldn’t book me a technician to move the cable. Aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!
