Move cable entry point

I'd like to move my cable entry as the TV is on the other side of the room and the current cable is untidy as it passes alongside the fireplace. I've read on here that VM can do this based on a £25 callout. Hopefully an admin will spot this and post a link as I can't find anything on the VM website.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

      Hi Tudor. Thanks for this advice. Nobody from VM has got back to me via this forum so I’ve tried to call the phone number. As expected this just goes round in circles as there are no obvious phone menu options to choose and the ones I’ve tried tangentially keep taking me back to a useless AI bot. Maybe someone helpful at VM ( there used to be some!) will see this and try and post a link here?
