Move my router

Hi. I am having a new media wall put in my lounge and need my virgin connections moved. I have tried to use the website and the customer services number to arrange but can’t find the way to do it on either. It would appear from the forum that posting and waiting is the only way? If someone could contact me that would be great. 

btw. I’m getting a forbidden url on my mac and iPad for the community forum so let’s hope my phone keeps allowing me to go in!

  • Thanks Tudor. Sorry I posted it twice. I couldn’t find it so thought it had got lost🙈. Also I thought the URL problem was because my forum email was still my ntlworld one whereas I have a new contract that uses my gmail account. Anyway ill be patient as the customer helpline is not good for my blood pressure!

    The problem with MacOS and iPadOS is a VM problem, I reported it two months ago and nothing has been done about it. If you use another browser other than Safari, it might work.

    It will take two days or more for VM staff member to get to your post, so be patient and don’t try to bump the post, will only go to the bottom of the queue.
