Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your internet speeds at this time.
We've not been able to locate you on the systems at our side. Does the speed concern you have over wired connections or just over WiFi please?
We do not offer hub upgrades free upon request, these are sometimes available to eligible customers through marketing offers, but are not available upon request. Any fault identified with the Hub 3 itself would see a like for like replacement if it was needed.
