i have a hub 3.0 and am getting slow speeds my devices

i heard if i just call and ask for an upgrade they will give an upgrade free of charge

the hub 3 is awful. im not getting the speeds i pay for and my pc also has a wifi 6 card,

anyways if i just call them they'll upgrade for free?
